[completed] Director/Catalog Upgrade Scheduled for all Hosted/Standard Edition Customers

Hello

Monday AM, between the hours of 2AM and 6AM EST, Bacula4 will be upgrading our director/catalog installs and infrastructure for our Hosted/Standard Edition Bacula4 customers.

Users can expect intermittent connectivity with the manage.bacula4.com GUI during this period and any jobs running during this period will cancel/terminate.  These jobs can be restarted after the maintenance or will run automatically during their next scheduled backup window

This upgrade will impact both our US and CAD director/catalog installs

Self Hosted/Datacenter Edition customers will have this upgrade scheduled and completed individually at a date in the near future

PLEASE NOTE - ALL CUSTOMERS WITHOUT SSH KEYS INSTALLED, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SD PACKAGES VIA THE GUI. CUSTOMERS WITH SSH KEYS INSTALLED, AUTOMATICALLY HAD THEIR SD PACKAGES UPGRADED DURING THIS PROCESS
